Summary:

Dynamics inspection of pregnant women with gestosis, including analysis of biochemical parameters is carried out. Change of metabolic concentration and activity of enzymes in blood serum depending on gestosis course is revealed. Opportunities of estimation of the given parameters for early gestosis diagnostics are determined.
