Results of treatment of 135 victims with damage of a pancreas and results of experimental researches lead on 127 white rats are analysed. It is established, that expansion of volume of operation on damaged iron does not conduct to
improvement of results of treatment. Phase changes of average perfusion blood in a pancreas are revealed at development of an experimental posttraumatic pancreatitis. Development destruction in iron coincided on time with a phase re-perfusion. Local hypothermya pancreas reduced rate re-perfusion and reduced a degree destruction its fabrics. By results of research the technique intraoperation preventive maintenance of complications of damages of a pancreas is developed

The study of the thrombocyte aggregation activity parameters has been carried out in 126 patient undergoing treatment having the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis 67(53,2%) of all patient showed non-aggravated course of acute pancreatitis, the severe coure was in 59(46,8%) of patients. The enhanced thrombocyte aggregation activity has been estimated not to depend on the severity of the disease development. In returns completely to norm to the 15 day of treatment in non-aggravated course and partially in aggravated coure of disease understudy

Clinical And Morphological Androgenic Status Characteristics At Children Suffering From Hypospadias And Its Influence On Results Of Surgical Correction

Year: 2009, volume 5 Issue: №3 Pages: 433-437
Heading: Urology Article type: Original article
Authors: D.A. Zharkov, N.Ju. Raigorodskaya, F.K. Napolnikov, E.N. Tsmokalyuk
Organization: Saratov Clinical Hospital №3, Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The goal of this article is to estimate the androgenic status and analyze its influence on the surgical treatment of hypospadias. From 2000 till 2008 there were 209 children under treatment, whose age varied from 8 months till 15 years old (average age — 4,5+ 1,5). 49 patients were subjected to clinical, humoral and morphological study. Preoperational preparation was carried out by testosterone medications. The comparison group consisted of 10 boys with cicatricial phimosis.
The patients with the medium and back forms of hypospadias suffered from the androgenic deficit characterized by proximal level of meatus ectopia, diminution of penis length and prostate volume, decrease of blood vessels in deep layers of penis skin. The testosterone pre-operational medication of patients makes possible to improve the results of surgical correction due to blood supply of plastic material. On the basis of recieved data logistically regressive model has been worked out and the prognosis of results has been estimated

Profibrotic Mediators In Assessment Of Tubulointerstitial Changes In Surgical Treatment Of Patients With Urolithiasis

Year: 2009, volume 5 Issue: №3 Pages: 428-433
Heading: Urology Article type: Original article
Authors: P.V. Glybochko, A.N. Rossolovskiy, A.N. Ponukalin, N.B. Zakharova, G.N. Maslyakova, A.M. Napsheva
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The aim of present work has been an assessment of degree of tubulointerstitial modifications of kidney parenchyma in patients with urolithiasis in different stages of surgical treatment using non-invasive mediators of nephrofibrosis and angiogenesis. The results of operations of 65 patients have been analysed. The content of nephrofibrosis molecular mediators in blood serum and urine has been determined. It has been shown that the most informative non-invasive mediators of tubulointerstitial fibrosis are IL12, VEGF in blood serum and b2-microglobulins MG, MCP 1 and NO excreted with urine. Patients with bilateral urolithiasis accompanied by expressive tubulointerstitial damages have had high indices of nephrofibrosis in postoperative period that can indicate irreversibility of these changes, leading to progression of chronic kidney disease

Keywords: urolithiasis, tubulointerstitial damages, mediators of nephrofibrosis

Pathogenetic Aspects of Treatment of a Chronic Cystitis

Year: 2009, volume 5 Issue: №3 Pages: 424-428

Summary:

The analysis of mucosa's state of the bladder in treating the exacerbation chronicle cystitis in 67 women was made. The analysis was made with the use of the method of optical coherent tomography (ОСТ). Dynamic ОСТ was performed in 23 patients after antibacterial treat (after 2 weeks) and in the period of remission. It was 59 ОСТ examinations. After antibacterial treatment the pathologically unchanged mucosa was found in the form of thickening in interu-retericfold in Lieutands triangle, in the neck of urinary bladder. Sub mucosal layer was also think, the structure of fibers was destroyed. Both leucocytic and lymphocytic infiltration in the wall of the bladder was observed. The tissue which reflected the light signal was found in muscle structure in the period of remission. This correspond to fibrosis in the wall of the bladder. In the long process the atrophy of mucosa was found. Thus, pathogenetic therapy should proceed after decrease in expressiveness of clinical displays of disease
