It is shown that working conditions in wallpaper production factories cause an increase in indices of biological age

The data of hygienic condition of some Saratov region reservoirs are presented: the role ofChironomidae (Diptera) larvae in the open reservoirs qualitative estimation in the condition of anthropogenic pollution is pointed out The available data on sensitivity ofChironomidae to different types of compounds stress on the great opportunities of their practical use in qualitative and quantitative biotesting of various pollutions.

The article represents analysis of influence of ecological and social environmental changes on health and psychological emotional status of nurses removing from rural to urban areas with unfavorable ecological conditions. It has been determined that with change of domicile, disease rates increase by 20-30 % and speed of accommodation to new environment is inversely proportional to years of service and age.

On the basis of epidemiological and demographic data, hygienic indicators of the quality of drinking water and computer software STATISTICA 6.0 an intestinal infections database was developed. The effectiveness of its usage for social and hygienic monitoring and epidemiological inspection of intestinal infections was proved.
