Anemic syndrome of different severity often accompanies ischemic heart disease (IHD) and chronic heart failure (CHF). Anemia has association with unfavorable prognosis in patients with all forms of CVD — acute and chronic. In this article the authors summarize a literature review of English articles dedicated to the problem of anemia and ischemic heart disease (IHD) and the results of original research on the relationship between anemic syndrome and prognosis in the hospitalized patients with IHD and chronic heart failure (CHF). Anemia is frequently observed in patients with CHF, and evidence suggests that anemia might be associated with an increased mortality in both systolic and diastolic chronic heart failure (CHF), morbidity and rate of hospitalization in CHF patients. Moreover, CHF itself could be involved in the pathogenesis of anemia. Early studies suggested a pathogenic role of inflammation mediators. The normalization of hemoglobin concentration by EPO and iron supply in patients with CHF and chronic renal insufficiency results in improved exercise capacity by increasing oxygen delivery and improving cardiac function. However, there is limited information concerning the association of hemoglobin concentration and new onset of clinically recognized coronary artery disease, and lack of information about the effect of anemia treatment on prognosis of acute forms of IHD

Clinical way method in treatment of out-patients with ischemic heart disease after cardiosurgery
Heading: Sociology of Medicine Article type: Original article
Authors: Vardosanidze S.L., Galstyan A.S.
Organization: Stavropol State Medical University
158 patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) have been understudy during the period of 12 months in out-patient conditions. After completion of the primary examination all the patients of basic group (118 patients) received clinical way method of treatment. Patients of the comparison group (40 patients) after provided treatment were cared by their local therapeutists (cardiologists). The findings proved the fact that treatment of patients after cardiosurgery by clinical way method in out-patient conditions enabled to raise patient motivation to treatment, thereby assisting them to feel better, promoting normalization of arterial pressure data. The research results stated that clinical way method of treatment may be considered as rational and effective

Anemic syndrome in hospitalized patients with ischemic heart disease: inflammation marker or factor of pathogenesis?
Heading: Internal Diseases Article type: Original article
Authors: Suvorova S.A., Parkhonyuk Е.М., Shvarts Yu.G.
Organization: Ulyanovsk Central City Clinical Hospital, Saratov State Medical University
The article presents the research results on the correlation between anemic syndrome and main risk factors in hospitalized patients with different forms of cardiovascular pathologies. This category of patients is characterized by more severe arterial hypertension and low level of total cholesterol in blood. It has been revealed that anemia in patients with CVD (cardiovascular diseases) is not only associated with unfavorable prognosis, but also becomes a marker of peculiarities in mechanism of disease development indicating the severity of inflammatory component

EXRIMENTAL AND CLINICAL USING OF CELL TECHNOLOGIES IN CARDIOLOGY
Heading: Internal Diseases Article type: Review

Heart diseases, and firstly ischemic heart disease and myocardial infarction, cause cardiomyocites death in the way of necrosis and apoptosis. Ability of myocardium to in self-renewing and regeneration is limited, the same way as therapeutically possibilities of prevention it`s remodeling. This loss of cardiomyocites is the leading factor of decrease of pumping function of heart and formation of chronically heart failure and dilated cardiomypathy. Limited ability of human cardiomyocites in proliferation and regeneration can not prevent scar formation and decrease of contractile ability after myocardial infarction. Substitution and regeneration of myocardial structures is significant purpose, it can be reached in the way of stimulation of auto logical cardiomyocites or transplantation of stem cells or skeletal myoblasts. Realization of the fact that myocardium has ability to regenerative process, conditioned in last years generate interest in using stems cells in cardiology. The way of using of stem cells in treatment cardio-vascular disease is aggressively developing in last ten years. In this period experimental outcomes were very convincing, and so this approach start to use in clinical practice.
INFLUENCE OF SEASON PATTERN ON PREVALENCE AND SEVERITY OF ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION, FUNCTION OF HEMOSTASIS IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DESEASE OF CLIMATE AREA OF MIDDLE VOLGA REGION

Organization: Saratov Institute of Cardiology, Russia, Saratov State Medical University
The aim of this study is to evaluate season pattern, severity and outcome of acute myocardial infarction in dependence of yearly patterns of function of hemostasis in middle Volga Region. Season pattern of prevalence myocardial infarction with winter peak was discovered, be accompanied of increase platelet aggregation, deterioration of blood viscosity, fibrinolysis depression. Most serious clinical course of summer myocardial infarction was observed with prosperity of hemostasis.

RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF BLOOD AND DISTURBANCES IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASES
Heading: Physiology and Pathophysiology Article type: Review
Authors: Mamontova N.V., Kirichuk V.F.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
The large number theoretical and practical recommendations confirming participation Theological disturbances in many diseases, including cardiovascular system, have described by present time. Rheological disturbances of blood viscosity, plasma and serum, aggregation and deformability of erythrocytes are observed at patients with ischemic heart diseases, in particular, the unstable angina. Interest to preventive measures and treatment of cardiovascular diseases is determined by wide expansion of ischemic heart diseases, its leading part in the reasons of invalidity and death rate of the population so this problem is not only medical, but also social one.
SOME ASPECTS OF INFLUENCE OF DIGESTIVE ORGANS DISEASES ON CLINICAL COURSE OF ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE
Heading: Internal Diseases Article type: Short message
Authors: E.U. Eremina, E.V. Shipalkina
Organization: Mordovian State University
The article is devoted to some aspects of influence of digestive apparatus diseases (chronic gastritis, a stomach ulcer, chronic cholecystitis) on clinical course ofischemic heart disease. It is revealed, thatthe patients with clinical symptomatology are typically to have extra cardiac hue of painful heart attacks. The patients with influence ofischemic heartdisease and digestive apparatus disorders have sympathetic overbalance of the vegetative one against the background of the parasympathotonia.
