Summary:

Human anatomy is one of the basic disciplines in the system of medical education. Knowledge in this area is necessary for the development of related theoretical subjects and constitutes a basis for studying clinical disciplines. Therefore the priority task of department of human anatomy is qualitative training of students at the modern level using classical and innovative pedagogical and computer technologies, being based on competence-based approach to training. In the article the features of organization of educational process at department of Human Anatomy of Saratov State Medical University n.a. V. I. Razumovsky, within the Federal state educational standard of the 3rd generation which key differences are considered: acquisition by students of cultural and professional competences.

Morphometrical variability of dental alveoli of mandible in adults

Year: 2016, volume 12 Issue: №2 Pages: 110-112
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article
Authors: Aleshkina O.Yu., Rossoshansky D.N., Polkovova I.A., Bikbaeva T.S.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Objective: to determine the morphometrical variability of dental alveoli bilaterally, depending on their position in the alveolar part of the mandible. Material and Methods. The object of the study is to certify 70 cranions with mandibles of middle-aged adults (21-60 years) and 30 isolated mandibles without gender-and age-related characteristics. The objects of the study were taken from scientific cranial fundamental museum collection of the Department of Human Anatomy. For the scientific research Craniometry method was used according to generally accepted craniology process parameters. Dental alveoli on both sides of the mandible were studied. Results. It was established that longitudinal diameter prevails at tooth alveoli of a canine, the first and second premolars, cross diameter on the same side of a jaw at the left — at alveoli of a medial incisor and the first premolar in comparison with its right side. At dental alveoli the left-sided depth is larger of the first molar, of the second molar — the right-sided is larger. Longitudinally cross diameter in the direction from alveoli of front teeth to back ones increases at each subsequent alveolus, since the minimum size at incisors and reaching the maximum size at alveoli of the first and second molars. The largest depth of tooth alveoli is determined at a canine, the first and second premolars. Conclusion. Results of the research of bilateral and individual variability of parameters of tooth cells may be used in practical stomatology.

The interrelation between length parameters of the proximal phalanges and the middle and distal phalanges of the 2-5th fingers

Year: 2015, volume 11 Issue: №3 Pages: 247-249
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Short message
Authors: Bikbaeva T.S., Aleshkina O.Yu., Nikolenko V.N. Fomkina O.A.
Organization: First Moscow State Medical University n.a. I.M. Sechenov, Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Objective: to determine the volume and direction of correlations of length of the proximal phalanges of the 2-5th fingers of the hand with osteometric parameters of phalanges of like fingers. Material and Methods. The length of proximal, medium and distal phalanges, as well as the width and height: the bases, body and heads (distal tuberosity) phalanges of fingers of the hand were studied on 150 skeletons of adult men and women hands at the age 21-90 years old. Results. The correlation between the length of proximal phalanges and pulse- high-rise parameters of proximal, medium and distal phalanges of 2-5th fingers of hand was determined. Conclusion. The length of the proximal phalange forms a different strength and direction of the correlation. The lengths of the proximal phalanges have a positive direction of moderate strength with all parameters of middle phalanges and the average degree of correlation with the length of the distal phalanges, the width of its base and the body.

OSTEOMETRIC PARAMETERS OF ADULTS INDEX FINGER’S PHALANXES IN THE ASPECT OF EXAMINATION IN FORENSIC MEDICINE

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №1 Pages: 33-38
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article
Authors: T.S. Bikbaeva, Ju. A. Nekludov, V.N. Nikolenko
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Morphometric measuring of ll-V finger’s phalanxes were held on 150 pasportized sets of right hands. Different variations of phalanxes in length, base height and head’s height, and also their main morphometric parameters were determined.
