Summary:

In the literature review of modern data concerning mechanisms of formation and progression process of hip dysplasia in children is represented. The questions concerning classification, processes of morphological and functional (biochemical) change of osteocartilaginous components of hip in children with connective tissue dysplasia, changes of content of remodeling and skeletal system degradation markers, angiogenesis in the process of progression of pathological changes in joint are taken up

Obliteration of serrated sutures of a human skull (review)

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №3 Pages: 567-572
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Review
Authors: Zaichenko A.A., Kochenkova О.V., Anisimova Е.А., Anisimov D.I., Lukin О.Yu.
Organization: Saratov State Socio-Economic University, Saratov State Medical University, Saratov Scientific Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics
Summary:

The review presents information on obliteration of serrated sutures of a human skull. It considers the age-specific variability and sexual dimorphism. The causes of craniostenosis and dependence of cranial form on degree and type of craniostenosis are described

Complexity of serrated sutures of a human skull

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №3 Pages: 563-567
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article
Authors: Kochenkova О.V., Zaichenko A.A., Anisimova Е.А., Anisimov D.I.
Organization: Saratov State Socio-Economic University, Saratov State Medical University, Saratov Scientific Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics
Summary:

Objective: to reveal the variability mechanism of complexity of serrated sutures of a human skull in the correlation with cranial form. Materials and methods. Researches of 253 arches of male and female skulls of patients at the age of 1 day-105 years without signs of cranial trauma or skeletal systemic diseases with absence of morphological signs of increase of intracranial pressure. Minimal (Min) and maximal (Max) values, average arithmetic (M), a mistake of average arithmetic (m) have been studied. For definition of reliability of average size difference parametrical and non-parametric statistical criteria were used: parametrical criterion (t-criterion of Student) applied for parameters submitting to the law of normal distribution (Lakin G. R, 1990). Distinctions of average arithmetic size were considered statistically authentic from 95% (p

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №1 Pages: 160-161
Heading: Practice physician Article type: Short message

Summary:

Hemophilia is a genetically mediated disease caused by recessive transmission of the gene. At present etiological orientation in treatment of the given pathology has just begun to develop. Replacement therapy by the concentrate of blood factors is the principal method of treatment. With great success in the sphere of medicine life quality of children suffering from hemophilia has improved significantly. However, the given category of patients refers to the high risk group to render surgical care as before. The example of the surgical intervention is an intertrochanteric osteotomy of the femur in a child with hemophilia
