The important problem of higher professional education is preparation of specialists possessing skills in high technology equipment. Problem realization is directed to interdisciplinary educational research works and complex final qualifying works on for example working out of pharmaceutical preparations, biologically active additives to food and cosmetic means. The given work includes step-by-step decision of the problem put before students and it should be analogical relevant to dissertations on specialty «pharmacy». From the point of view of methodological approach concerning the choice of candidature and work theme the following categories of students according to their progress and type of personality are allocated: «stars», «fellow travelers» and «good students». On this basis various methodological approaches for work with «stars», «fellow travelers» and «good students» are considered in the article

Psycho-autonomic and urodynamic disorders in children with primary nocturnal enuresis

The analysis of psycho-autonomic status, urodynamics of lower urinary tract, the character of family education in children with various courses of primary night enuresis (PNE) was made. 198 children with PNE and 36 healthy children who formed the control group were examined. It was found out that children with PNE were observed to have detrusion-sphincter dissynergy and inadequate family education; the severity of enuresis correlated with the severity of minimal brain dysfunctions. Peculiarities of autonomic regulation in children with primary nocturnal enuresis were caused by stable increase of the parasympathetic nervous system tonus and decrease of the sympathetic nervous system tonus, the severity of the both increasing with the increase of the disease severity

The description of investigation of predisposition to potential danger of collapse complications at 429 first-year students during physical training is presented using the analysis of pulse wave form. With the help of developed device the group of students with predisposition to risk of collapse complications during physical activity has been revealed. The results of clinical examination have confirmed the predisposition of the given group to risk of collapse complications

It has been revealed that the temperature reaction on the occlusive test for the group of patients with disturbances of vessel tone regulation differs from the reaction of norm group. Possible influence of vessel regulation state and volumetric blood supply on the skin temperature dynamics has been estimated.
