PART OF PARAMETRS OF IMMUNE AND CYTOKINE STATUS AT PREGNANT PATIENTS WITH PURULENT PYELONEPHRITIS

Year: 2006, volume 2 Issue: №4 Pages: 34-40
Heading: Urology Article type: Original article
Authors: P.V. Glybochko, I.V. Michaylov, M.L. Chekhonatskaya
Organization: Samara State Medical University
Summary:

The purpose of the research was the study of cellular immune status and serum cytokines at pregnant patients with pyelonephritis. We have studied 106 pregnant with purulent pyelonephritis. 50 patients with serous pyelonephritis s and 30 healthy pregnant were the group of control. Clinical, microbiological and immunological methods of research have been used. Distinctions in parameters of cellular immune status and serum level of interleukin-1-betta, interleukin-8, interleukin-4, interleukin-10 and interferon-gamma at pregnant patients with serous and purulent pyelonephritis were determined. Deep depression of cellular immunity , the increase of serum concentration of interleukin-1b, interleukin-8, interleukin-4, interleukin-10 and lower contents of interferon-gamma were registered at pregnant patients with purulent pyelonephritis. Most radical immune changes at patients with apostems and renal abscess were registered. Criteria of early diagnostics of a bacterial shock by pyelonephritis in pregnancy are offered.

MICROTOPOGRAPHICAL FEATURES OF VESSELS OF SKELETAL MUSCLES AT MAMMALS AND HUMAN IN CONNECTION WITH TASKS OF MUSCLES SURGERY

Year: 2006, volume 2 Issue: №3 Pages: 11-13
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article
Authors: O.A. Gelashvily, S.N. Yukhimets, S.N. Chemidronov
Organization: Samara State Medical University
Summary:

By us are investigated character of distribution of intramuscular vessels and designs microcirculatory modules in typically «red» and «white» skeletal muscles of the human and some animals (a dog, a rabbit, a white rat, a porpoise). Applied methods: microdissection, supravital injection of blood channel by original technique with the subsequent manufacturing and fading and histologic preparations, morphometry, microphotoshooting. The substantiation of recommended incisions is brought at cut out muscle flaps in various types of muscles.

CLINICOL-ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PARKINSON’S SYNDROME IN CASE OF BREIN TUMORS

Year: 2007, volume 3 Issue: №4 Pages: 130-132
Heading: Neurology Article type: Original article
Authors: S.V. Balakleets, A.S. Balakleets, I.E. Poverennova
Organization: Samara State Medical University
Summary:

Results of the complex clinical-electrophysiological research. Including EEG, trunkal acoustic (ATEP) and visual evoked potentials (VEP). Of 120 patients with tumors of the brain of various localization and histologic structure are presented. In all patients extrapyramidal symptoms were noted. The Parkinson’s syndrome has been revealed in 57 (47.5%) patients. Features of theclinic and pathogenesis of Parkinson;s syndrome in case of intrabrain tumors of basal ganglia and thalamus.
According to EEG-data and the evohed potentials of a different modality alectrophysiological criteria of injury of subcortical structures in case of tumors of the brain are produccd. It is emphasized, that in patogenesis of Parkinson’s syndrome in case of tumor of the brain the deformation and displacement of subcortical-trund structures has essential value, especially mesencephalic sections of the brain stem.

VARIANT OF PERIODIZATION OF BIOLOGICALLY SIMILAR STAGES OF HUMAN AND RAT’S ONTOGENESIS

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №4 Pages: 125-126
Heading: Brief Reviews Article type: Short message
Authors: O.A.Gelashvily
Organization: Samara State Medical University
Summary:

The research was carried outgrowing individuals of white laboratory outbred rats. Proportional age ratio of investigated objects and age periods of human was made. Carrying out morphological research on animals with subsequent transferring these data on human purposely to realize the analysis of features of body systems' formation during prenatal and postnatal periods of ontogenesis is obviously possible.

Thus 235 patients have been admitted to the hospital with electrical injury over this time span. Frequencyofelectrothermal burns acounts for 1,25% up to 2,5 % per one year. 119 children constitute 50,6 % of all patients. Lethality among the patients with electrical injuries acounts for 2,5%. Generalized infection in the form of sepsis and bacteremia can be revealed in 13,6 %of all patients. The proper classification of electrotrauma has been worked out

ACOUSTIC COGNITIVE CAUSED POTENTIALS (Р300)CHANGES IN CHRONIC ISCHEMIA OF BRAIN

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №2 Pages: 86-90
Heading: Neurology Article type: Original article
Authors: D.P. Garin, I.E. Poverennova
Organization: Samara State Medical University
Summary:

Cognitive infringements represent an actual problem of modern medicine. In elderly men they usually develop on a background of a chronic ischemia of brain (CHBI). P300 research in 134 patients was carried out to define CHBI influence on the basic components of the caused potentials. The group of elderly patients with dyscircularencephalopathy I, II, III stages and group of middle-aged persons with presence CHBI and withoutattributes CHBI were considered. The increase of peaks N2, P3 latency, N2-P3 interpeak interval and decrease of N2/P3 amplitude in elderly patients with positive correlation are revealed depending on the stage of dyscircular encephalopathy. Latency increase and amplitude reduction of the basic components acoustic cognitive potential in middle-aged persons directly correlated with the CHBI presence.
