Research object: to detect the influence of qualitative and quantitative factors involved into ICP formation. Material: the research is based on the clinical observation, instrumental diagnostics and 147 disabled children with ICP aged under 4 rehabilitation campaign results analysis. Comparison group was composed from 39 children of similar age who were registered for observation by pediatric polyclinics neurologists and were rehabilitated. Results: 2 algorithms formed as decision trees, that were built using multivariate analysis methods were suggested and can be used in pediatric polyclinics for children with ICP formation threatening detection. Conclusion: the ICP formation can be forecasted in 93% of cases wrt prematurely born children with convulsive and hypertensive-hydrocephalic syndromes in aggregate with periventricular leukomalacia

Purpose: revealing of medical and biological, medical and social, medical and organizational risk factors of a birth mature children with a delay syndrome of prenatal development.
The basic group included women who have given birth to mature child with a delay syndrome of prenatal development (body weight at a birth less 3000gr) - 60 observations; control group consisted of women who have given birth to children with weight from 3000 to 4000gr (total N=100).
Anamnesis of life and pregnancy of women given birth to mature children with the delay syndrome of prenatal development have been analyzed.
Conclusion: Medical and biological, medical and social risks of birth to mature children with low weight less than 3000 gr have been determined. Low weight of mature child is the risk factor of cardiac and metabolic diseases

The research goal is to evaluate the impact of autonomic heart control indices on five-year risk of lethal outcome and development of cardiovascular disorders in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and to study the dynam¬ics of indices in short- and long-term period. 125 patients with AMI (42% female), ages 30 to 83 years, were enrolled in prospective observational study. Observation period lasted 6 years. Control checking was carried out in 1 week, 3 weeks, 6 months, 1 year and then annually. The dynamics of heart rate variability (HRV) and the synchronization of 0.1-Hz rhythms of heart and microcirculation (S) were studied during the first year. Outcomes proved to be death, MI, stroke. Development of acute heart failure Killip 2-4 and indices S < 20% during the first week of AMI (х2 = 10,5, p = 0,005 for the Cox model) played a significant role in evaluation of five-year risk of death after AMI. Sensitivity (Se) and specificity (Sp) of index S < 20% during the first week of AMI were 76% and 43% correspondingly. The Cox model showed that indices of HRV and 0.1-Hz rhythms synchronization were not of great value in evaluation of five-year risk of death after AMI. The article concludes that indices S < 20% in patients with AMI possess better prognostic value than common clinical parameters

One of the main factors of chronic liver disease is alcohol. The level of alcoholic liver disease incidence and cirrhosis mortality has increased considerably in the recent years in many countries. The risk of development and disease progression are determined by the effect of endogenous and exogenous factors: "drinking mode", female gender, heredity and genetic predisposition, obesity, concomitant viral hepatitis

The research goal is to determine risk factors of periodontal disease development, psychophysiological personal types and their interrelations in clinically healthy persons. 47 first-year cadets of St.-Petersburg Military School of radio electronics have been examined. This group of respondents has been chosen by presence of such social stressor as change of place of living (97,9% cadets have arrived in St.-Petersburg from other cities and republics of the Russian Federation) and strict disciplinary conditions. The research has revealed a low level of oral hygiene, cases of mild gingivitis in most respondents. The general mental state of group under study is characterized by raised level of personal anxiety and low indices of reactive anxiety. The examined group has demonstrated anxiety, tension, indecision and lowered stress stability. Clinically healthy persons are more liable to develop inflammatory and inflammatory-destructive periodontal diseases. It was possible to determine psychophysiological features correlated with physiological parameters of risk degree of periodontal diseases. It may have a great significance in defining of periodontal disease etiology and pathogenesis

RISK FACTORS, REHABILITATION AND CLINICAL EXAMINATION PRINCIPALS OF COMMUNITY ACQUIRED PNEUMONIA IN MILITARY SERVICEMEN
Heading: Internal Diseases Article type: Original article
Authors: N.M. Redjko, T.G. Shapovalova, V.A. Savinov
Organization: Saratov Military Medical Institute, Saratov State Medical University
Clinico-epidemiological analysis has been performed to reveal exogenic and endogenic riskfactors of community acquired pneumonia military servicemen at conscription. Riskfactors of CAP at conscription include smoking, overcooling, chronic infection foci, preceding ARVI, and the first-half-year of service. The residual effects after CAP in military servicemen predominantly are the obstructive disorders of outer respiratory function as well as radiological symptoms as deformity of pulmonary picture and pleural overlay. The educational scheme has been developed for CAP patients. No recurrent infections of the upper and lower respiratory passageways have occurred during the following years of military service in patients under the follow-up care.
