ASPIRATION BIOPSY PECULIARITIES IN CASE OF INACCESIBLE TUMORS OF ABDOMINAL CAVITY ORGANS

Summary:

In case of three-dimensional visualization the choice ofparacentetic trajectory for access to organs and neoplasms of abdominalcavityand retroperitoneal area can be improved in a great degree.
Three-dimensional visualization ofparacentetic trajectory and nearly located large vessels is one of the most important advantages of similar way of representation of diagnostic data. In mostcases three-dimensional representation of diagnostic data allows to choose notonlysafe, but also much shorter paracentetic trajectory.

Endothelial Regulation of Vascular Tone at Both Clinically Healthy Men and Patients with Arterial Hypertension Depending on Personal Psychophysiological Types

Year: 2009, volume 5 Issue: №2 Pages: 167-169
Heading: Physiology and Pathophysiology Article type: Original article
Authors: V.F. Kirichuk, E.S. Olenko, A.N. Kodochigova, S.V. Sachkov, V.G. Subbotina, T.M. Dyomina, T.A. Kolopkova, M.G. Kucherov
Organization: Saint-Petersburg State Psychoneurological University, Saratov City Clinical Hospital № 10, Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The research purpose is to analyze endothelial regulation of vascular tone at both clinically healthy persons and patients, suffering from the firstly revealed arterial hypertension at youth men depending on personal psychophysiological types. It is shown, that at 23,3% of clinically healthy men and at 89,3% patients, suffering from arterial hypertension without clinical manifestations of atherosclerosis the dependence of vascular tone endothelial regulation on personal psychophysiological type is revealed.

MAGNETIC RESONANCE TOMOGRAPHY AT CHOLECYSTITIS AND ITS COMPLICATIONS

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №3 Pages: 139-141
Heading: Internal Diseases Article type: Short message
Authors: F.Z. Chanyshev, S.Sh. Dagayev
Organization: Moscow Research Institute for Endosurgery, Saratov City Clinical Hospital № 10
Summary:

The magnetic resonance tomography (MRT) was carried out for 53 patients with clinical presentations of cholecystitis.
Advantages of MRT in diagnostics of cholecystitis and its complications were studied: non-contrasting cholandiopancreatografy, with receiving of images in any projection, opportunity of carrying outof multiplanar reconstruction, intensive staining of soft tissues with receiving of three-dimensional images of bile tracts and absence of radiation sickness.
