158 patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) have been understudy during the period of 12 months in out-patient conditions. After completion of the primary examination all the patients of basic group (118 patients) received clinical way method of treatment. Patients of the comparison group (40 patients) after provided treatment were cared by their local therapeutists (cardiologists). The findings proved the fact that treatment of patients after cardiosurgery by clinical way method in out-patient conditions enabled to raise patient motivation to treatment, thereby assisting them to feel better, promoting normalization of arterial pressure data. The research results stated that clinical way method of treatment may be considered as rational and effective

The research objective was to develop surgical methods of retenial and dystopic third lower molars extraction by means of modern osteoplastic substances. the used materials included advanced osteoplastic techniques. Application of osteoplastic substances in extraction of retenial and dystopic third lower molars reduced postoperative complications by 41,9 percent compared with those in the control group. the work gives close attention to the obtained data. It points out the high level of intensity of osteoreparative process. in conclusion there is a recommendation of complex application of described substances in clinical practice

The research goal is the comparative analysis of morbidity of sexually transmitted diseases in the Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus in dynamics in the period from 1997 till 2007. Research data have been taken from statistic documents based on observations of STD registered in the countries under study. Statistical data manipulation has been done on PC (Pentium IV) in the programme Microsoft Excel. According to the research results the morbidity indices of most STD have been decreased. The higher morbidity indices of trichomoniasis have been noticed in Russia -186,2 and in Republic of Belarus-220,4 for the population of 100 000 people. The results of research have shown that it is necessary to work out normative documents, to identify the contingent of patients and repetition factor of medical examinations to prevent the spread of STD

ALTERATIONS OF TOTAL SECTION OF THE MEANS CARDIAC VEINS FROM THE SYSTEM OF CORONARY SINUS FROM THE PUPIL OF THE FIRST PERIOD OF THE ADULT AGE WITH THE DIFFERENT VARIANTS OF ITS DISLOCATION
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article
Authors: Korobkeev A.A., Galey E.N.
Organization: Stavropol State Medical University
The dynamic of the exchange of the total section of the means cardiac veins from the system of coronary sinus from the pupil of the first period of the adult age with the different variants of its dislocation was researched. In result of study was clear, that the exchange of the total section of the these vessels are correlating with its topography and variants of its dislocation.
PHARMACOEPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDY OF NON-STEROID ANTIINFLAMMATORY MEDICINE USE IN THE IN-PATIENT DEPARTMENT BEFORE AND AFTER THE FORMULAR SYSTEM ADOPTION
Heading: Clinical Pharmacology Article type: Original article
Authors: M.Sh. Khutsishvily, V.A. Baturin
Organization: Central Regional Hospital of Right-bank district RSO-Alania, Stavropol State Medical University
We studied the use ofnon-steroid anti-inflammatorydrugs (NSAID) at the in-patient department ofcentral district hospitalwith the application ofDDD-techniques before and after the formular system adoption. After introduction of drug formular and treatment standards the use of NSAID was reduced; the physicians began to use modern drugs. Non-indicated and contraindicated NSAID were prescribed more seldom. Itwas determined that reduction of antihypertensive drugs efficiency in hypertensive patients was the main side effect of NSAID use. NSAID gastropathy occurred more seldom, and mainly in the patients receiving several NSAIDs simultaneously.

DAILY RHYTHM OF BLOOD PRESSURE AND VARIATIONAL PULSE INDICES DURING CLINOORTHOSTATIC TEST IN CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS WITH VEGETATIVE DYSTONIA SYNDROME
Heading: Pediatrics Article type: Original article
Authors: O.N. Ivakhnic, I.G. Kuznetsova
Organization: Stavropol State Medical University
Daily rhythm of blood pressure and variational pulse indices during clinoorthostatic test in children and teenagers with vegetative dystonia syndrome has been studied. The disorganized daily rhythm in parameters of variational rythmopulsometry has been revealed. Itvariates with different types of clinoorthostatic test. 43% of examined patients have demonstrated changes in the type of blood pressure reaction on orthostasis during 24 hours. This phenomenon indicates that vegetative reactivity and vegetative supply of activity during different day periods are not stable in patients with vegetative dystonia syndrome.
