Organization: Institute of Continuous Education, Federal Medical Biological Agency
Summary:

Purpose: to assess reproducibility of measurement of the width of lateral ventricles of the fetal brain by ultrasound investigation in the second trimester of pregnancy. Material and Methods. The volume of the 34 normal fetal brains at 18-21 weeks of gestation was retrospectively evaluated. Two experienced specialists measured the width of lateral ventricles from each fetus twice. Results. Intra-operator differences of the first specialist constituted 0,136±0,065mm, of the second specialist — 0,156±0,066mm. Inter — operator differences counted 0,191±0,062mm. Conclusion. Measurement of the width of lateral ventricles is highly reproducible, it should be performed by ultrasound investigation in the second trimester of pregnancy.

Dynamics of lower urinary tract of a fetus in intrauterine development retardation

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №2 Pages: 513-517

Authors: Glybochko Р.V., Chekhonatskaya M.L., Piskunova L.V.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University, First Moscow State Medical University n.a. I.M. Sechenov
Summary:

The research goal is to study and analyze the relationship between the level of intrauterine development retardation and urine dynamics indicators of lower urinary tract of a fetus with the help of ultrasonic examination. The urinary function of 89 fetuses was under study. Methods of prenatal ultrasonic cystometry and urofluometry were used to examine the urinary function of a fetus. Statistical software package (Statgraphics 6.0) was used for the statistical analyses of the results. The study has shown that decrease in bladder capacity, increase in residual urine volume and frequent urination are usually the indicators of intrauterine development retardation. The third-degree of intrauterine development retardation is characterized by decrease in diuresis and increase in duration of micturition cycle according to gestational norm

Summary:

The research goal is to study the causes of perinatal hypoxic impairments of Central Nervous System (CNS) in fetus and newborn. Risk factors of cerebral ischemia development in fetus and newborn are likely to be found anemia, chronic adnexitis in mothers, threatened abortions, athletic type of pregnant women, loop of cord during the pregnancy course, rapid parturition and acute respiratory diseases during the II and III trimesters of pregnancy

The prenatal verification of the obstructive uropathy at the fetal

Year: 2010, volume 6 Issue: №1 Pages: 173-178
Heading: Urology Article type: Original article
Authors: M.L. Chekhonatskaya, P.V. Glybochko, N.U. Arenina, L.V. Piskunova, M.M. Grigorieva
Organization: Saratov State Medical University, Saratov Clinical Hospital №3
Summary:

The research goal is to study functional condition of upper and lower urinary tracts at fetus with obstructive uropathy and development of differential diagnostic and prognostic criteria of transition of functional disorders to organic.
The diagnosis of prenatal and verified postnatal obstructive uropathy at 42 fetuses has been made by prenatal ultrasonic cystometry. Process of filling and evacuation of bladder has been under study. Obtained data have been compared with the results of dynamic measurement of kidney sizes in a standard projection.
According to the results only at 19,1% of cases statistically significant urodynamic differences have not been revealed in comparison with control group. Diagnostic accuracy of organic form of urodynamic obstructions is 84%, of functional in 64,7% of observations and in 52,9% of cases the infection of urinary tracts with incomplete evacuation of bladder has been diagnosed.
The degree of kidney and ureter expansion is not a differential diagnostic criterion of organic or functional urodynamic obstructions. However, using a principle of estimation of upper and lower urinary tracts condition, it is possible to make a prenatal differential diagnosis of variants of defects

МОЧЕВЫДЕЛИТЕЛЬНАЯ ФУНКЦИЯ ПЛОДА ПРИ РАЗЛИЧНЫХ ФОРМАХ ПИЕЛОЭКТАЗИИ (RUS)

Year: 2006, volume 2 Issue: №4 Pages: 81-89

Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The purpose of research. An estimation of a functional condition of uric ways at the fetal with the pyeloectasia and development on their basis prognostic criteria. Estimated the urodinamical parameters of the top and bottom uric ways in the period of intra-uterine development at 105 fetal with the pyeloectasia in terms gestation 20-40 weeks by prenatal the ultrasonic cistometrii process of filling and evacuation of the urinary bladder. The bladder - independent pyeloectasia in 74,5 % of supervision existence with of the normal function of the urinary bladder of the fetal, in 40,4 % of cases spontaneously disappeared in the third trimester of pregnancy and had in all supervision a favorable outcome for the newborn. The bladder - dependent forms of the pyeloectasia in 76,8 % arose on a background of infringement urodinamical the bottom uric ways, were spontaneously resolved in the prenatal period in 12,5 % of supervision. The postnatal during is characterized by high frequency of occurrence of microbno-inflammatory diseases of bodies мочевыделительной systems (26,8 %), disorder of the urinary bladder frustration (26,8 %) and the bladder -ureter refluxes (21,4 %). The pyeloectasia of the prenatal period of development occurrences described by various terms and features prenatal currents and postnatal the forecast are presented by the diverse groups depending on function of a urinary bladder.

THE OPPORTUNITIES OF THE ANTENATAL COMPUTER CARDIOFLOWGRAPHY IN THE ESTIMSTION OF THE COHDITION OF THE FETUS IN THE III TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY

Year: 2006, volume 2 Issue: №3 Pages: 52-55
Heading: Obstetrics and Gynecology Article type: Original article
Authors: M.L. Chekhonatskaja, P.V. Glibochko, G.I. Hripunova, O.I. Guskova
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The purpose of research – the analysis of the results CFG in the diagnostics of the condition of the fetus and the estimation of the function мочевыделительной systems according to the prenatal cistometri.
Material and methods. The study of the cardioflowgraphy with the analysis of the values of the integrated parameter of the fetus and the urodinamic parameters of the top and the bottom uric ways at 102 fetus in III trimester of the pregnancy the method which consists in the monitoring process of the filling and evacuation the bladder are studied.
Results. Carried out researches have shown, that the fetus with the expressed infringement (coefficient from 2,1 up to 3) or the critical condition (coefficient from 3,1 up to 4) infringements of function of the bottom uric ways have been revealed in 22 (59,5%) a cases.
The conclusion. The precise interrelation between ПСП, the condition urination function of the fetus and the newborn is observed. Thus most early the symptoms testifying to the pathology from urination system, appear at the children who have transferred heavy intra-uterine gypoxiy. The first clinical displays is the uric syndrome.

INFECTIONS OF URIC SYSTEM OF NEWBORNS: PECULIARITIES OF URINE DYNAMICS IN LOWER URINARY TRACTS DURING PRE-NATAL DEVELOPMENT

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №3 Pages: 101-106
Heading: Urology Article type: Original article
Authors: M.L. Chekhonatskaya, P.V. Glybochko, L.K. Vasilevich, M.M. Grigorieva
Organization: Saratov City Hospital № 11, Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

For the purpose of revealing pre-natal urine dynamics preconditions ofdevelopment ofan infection ofurinary system atnewborns, feature urine dynamics functions of 101 fetus have been studied. Studying urine dynamics indicators of upper and lower urinary tracts of a fetus was carried out with the help of pre-natal ultrasonic cystometry process of filling and clearing the urinary bladder. It is established, that preconditions to development of urinary system infection in newborns are changes of urinary bladder capacity, frequency and speed of urination pre-natal developments.
