Summary:

The relevance of studying of an etiology and pathogenesis of a microbial eczema is caused by the fact that it is one of the most widespread chronic dermatosises which exerts stress impact and leads to essential restrictions in all spheres of activity of the person. In the last decade earlier beginning of a dermatosis, the increasing weight, synchronization of a current with a frequent long recurrence, the considerable distribution of skin pathological process and also formation of resistance to the standard methods of therapy is noted. The data of the Russian and foreign authors concerning the main questions of an etiology and a pathogenesis of a microbial eczema are presented in the review. The epidemiology of this pathology in population is described. Connection of a microbial eczema with influence of microorganisms, violation of work of digestive tract, is analyzed by an angiopathy, pathology of endocrine and nervous systems; changes of the immune answer are noted.

Low-energy electromagnetic irradiation for eczema treatment

Year: 2014, volume 10 Issue: №3 Pages: 546-551
Heading: Skin Diseases Article type: Short message
Authors: Karakaeva A.V., Utz S.R.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Purpose: to study the efficacy of treatment and diagnostic complex "Elec-troMAG" as a new method of physical therapy in complex treatment of truths-term eczema. Matherial and Methods. The article presents the results of application in complex treatment of 42 patients with a diagnosis of true eczema low-intensity electromagnetic radiation. The course of treatment consisted of 12 sessions. Acomparison group (30 patients) received conventional therapy with standard doses and regimens of drugs without the use of physiotherapy therapies. The clinical efficiency was estimated on the basis of the definition of the functional state of the aquatic components of the internal environment of an organism at eczematous process and on the basis of defined-dividing the index of prevalence and severity of eczema EASI. Results. Identified a high effectiveness of low-intensity electromagnetic effect on the disease process, as evidenced by the earlier reduction of the clinical symptoms than in the comparison group, confirming the reduction of the absolute values of the index EASI. Conclusion. The obtained results suggest the safety and effectiveness of high-efficiency of this method of physical therapy treatment of eczema

Epidermal barrier disfunction and eczema pathogenesis

Year: 2014, volume 10 Issue: №3 Pages: 525-530
Heading: Skin Diseases Article type: Review
Authors: Karakaeva A.V., Utz S.R.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The article discusses the prevalence of eczema in the structure of dermatological diseases, the need for new methods of diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases. Presented a new non-invasive method for the diagnosis of skin diseases — transresonant functional topography — and safe physiotherapy effects of low intensity electromagnetic radiation.
