Year: 2017, volume 13 Issue: №3 Pages: 633-635
Heading: Dermatovenerology Article type: Original article
Authors: Gorbenko A.V., Utz S.R., Shnaider D.A.
Organization: Saratov Regional Clinical Dermatovenerologic Dispensary
Summary:

Objective: to study the psycho-emotional state of pregnant women with syphilis. Materials and Methods. The study included 53 pregnant women who had newly registered syphilis. The mean age of patients was 25±2.3 years. Diagnostics was done by Beck's depression inventory, the technique of diagnostics of social frustration level of L. I. Was-serman (modified by V. V. Boiko). Results. Patients had high level of depression on the Beck's method, the technique of diagnostics of social frustration level of L. I. Wasserman (modified by V. V. Boiko) revealed that dissatisfaction with social outcomes in major aspects of life in the majority of patients causes a "position in society" and "life in General" after conducting corrective treatment psycho-emotional state of patients improved. Conclusion. While the use of psychotherapy in combination with drug treatment, syphilis treatment becomes more efficient: decreases the level of depression decreases the level of social frustration in the problematic spheres of life.

The first clinical experience of nanostructured propolis usage in treatment of patients with microbial eczema

Year: 2016, volume 12 Issue: №3 Pages: 500-504
Heading: Dermatovenerology Article type: Case report
Authors: Schnaider D.A., Utz S.R., Zayarskiy D.A., Gus'kova O.P., Gorokhovskiy A.V.
Organization: Saratov State Agrarian University named after N.I. Vavilov, Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

One of the most common forms of eczema is microbial eczema constituting 12-27% of all the cases of eczema. Application of nanotechnology in the field of medicine, including dermatology and cosmetology continues to increase. An example of innovation, demonstrating the results of research within the chemical technology and practical dermatology and cosmetology is a cosmetic product based on nanostructured systems "core — shell", which is an aqueous dispersion of nanoscale flavonoid "cores", derived from natural propolis which are stabilized by polyelectrolyte "shell". The purpose of this work is to conduct primary research on cosmetic product "Mellisol" on the basis of composite structures "core — shell" stabilized by polyelectrolyte membrane, for its application in the complex therapy in the treatment of microbial eczema. Description of these cases under clinical observation shows high efficacy and safety of cosmetic product "Mellisol" in the treatment of patients with microbial eczema in its acute phase.

Analysis of syphilis incidence at the territory in Saratov region (2011-2015)

Year: 2016, volume 12 Issue: №3 Pages: 475-481
Heading: Dermatovenerology Article type: Original article
Authors: Schnaider D.A., Utz S.R., Sherstobitova L.A., Martynova V.V., Gornykh E.N.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Aims: analysis of dynamics and pattern of syphilis incidence in 2011-2015 years in Saratov region. Materials and methods. The article provides analysis of the state statistical supervision forms from 2011-2015. Results. The analysis of the data obtained from the state statistical supervision forms during 2011-2015 years has shown the decreasing tendency of syphilis incidence. However, an unfavorable situation still remains in number of territories of Saratov region. The indicators of morbidity caused by late syphilis and neurosyphilis have increased. Conclusion. High incidence of syphilis has negative effect on the reproductive health of the general population. The fast spread of disease is generating special interest in conditions of demographic crisis.

Optimization of the technological cycle of formation of "core — shell" structures and the study of an- timicrobial and regenerative properties of the dispersions based on the prepared structures

Year: 2016, volume 12 Issue: №3 Pages: 462-467
Heading: Dermatovenerology Article type: Original article
Authors: Zayarskiy D.A., Gorokhovskiy A.V., Nechaeva O.V., Ul'yanov V.Yu., Tikhomirova E.l., Vakaraeva M.M., Schnaider D.A., Utz S.R., Arsenievich D.M.
Organization: Chechen State University, National Research Nuclear University "МЕРЫ", Saratov State Agrarian University named after N.I. Vavilov, Saratov State Medical University, SEH «Saratov regional dermatovenerologic dispensary»
Summary:

The aim of the work was to create optimized composite structures on the basis of nanoscale aggregates of fla-vonoids and study of their antimicrobial and regenerative properties. Material and methods. Antimicrobial activity of the resulting preparation was studied using the serial dilution method. Standard and clinical strains of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and microscopic fungi were used as experimental models. Assessment of regenerative effect of structures containing nanoaggregates flavonoids on experimental models of full thickness skin wounds was performed. Results. The high antimicrobial activity of the created structures is seen against opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms including clinical isolates resistant to multiple antibiotics. Displaying the reliable increase in rate of healing of experimental full thickness skin wounds by stimulating regenerative processes. Conclusion. Developed preparation containing "core — shell" structure stabilized by polyelectrolyte based flavonoid nanoaggregates can be considered as a potentially new type of drugs for use in cosmetology and dermatology as well as in the treatment of contaminated surgerical wounds and thermal injuries.

The comparative analysis of dermatoscopy picture of lichen planus and psoriasis

Year: 2016, volume 12 Issue: №3 Pages: 449-453
Heading: Dermatovenerology Article type: Original article
Authors: Sherstobitova K.Yu., Schnaider D.A., Utz S.R.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Aim: analysis of different dermatoscopic patterns of lichen planus and psoriasis. Material and methods. We observed 80 patients: 40 with psoriasis, 40 — with lichen planus. Dermatoscopic study was conducted using video-dermatoscope of expert class "MoleMaxHD" (Derma Medical Systems company, Austria), under magnification from хЗО to x80. Results. Comparing the dermotoscopic findings of psoriatic plaque and lichen planus, vascular features were found to be more significant in psoriasis and in lichen planus non-vascular features were more prominant. Conclusion. Dermoscopy can be successfully used in differential diagnosis of these dermatoses.

Psychological defense mechanisms in patients with syphilis at different stages of the disease

Year: 2015, volume 11 Issue: №3 Pages: 483-486
Heading: Dermatovenerology Article type: Short message
Authors: Filonova A.V., Schneider D.A., Utz S.R.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Purpose: the study of psychological defense mechanisms in patients with syphilis at different stages of the disease. Material and methods. We used questionnaire Plutchik-Kellerman-Comte "life style Index". The study involved 257 people (118 women (46%) and 139 men (54%)) aged 18 to 67 years (mean age — 23,5±8,9years). Results. In patients with primary syphilis primary mecha-protection scheme is "denying"; secondary syphilis of skin and mucus-purity membranes— "replacement"; syphilis latent early — "projection"; in patients with late syphilis — intellectualization. Thus, in patients with late forms of syphilis is dominated by more Mature mechanisms of protection (projection, rationalization). Patients with early forms use more primitive mechanisms (denial, substitution). Conclusion. The obtained data may be useful in the choice of methods of psychotherapy, the formation of patients more realistic (ADAP-tive) installations for the treatment, restoration of family and other social relations, the prevention of distress and improving the quality of life of patients.
