Efficacy evaluation of functional motor regulation method with mathematical analysis of EEG

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №1 Pages: 039-044
Heading: Physiology and Pathophysiology Article type: Original article
Authors: Balabanova V.A., Kiselev D.A., Laisheva О.А., Gubanov V.V.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University, Russian State Medical University, Moscow Children Clinical Hospital
Summary:

Effects of functional motor regulation method have been measured using the spectral and coherent EEG. Obtained results have fully confirmed the hypothesis that the clinical effectiveness of the method is associated with the formation of new regulatory links in the CNS with inclusion of such deep structures as the limbic and diencephalic systems

Oscillatory processes in vegetative regulation of cardiovascular system (Review)

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №1 Pages: 034-039
Heading: Physiology and Pathophysiology Article type: Review
Authors: Kiselev A.R., Gridnev V.I.
Organization: Saratov Institute of Cardiology, Russia
Summary:

The research work provides current understanding of the functional organization of vegetative regulation of cardiovascular system. The basic oscillatory processes in vegetative regulation system have been determined, and the information about their functional properties has been generalized. The most significant oscillatory processes are main heart rhythm, respiration and low-frequency oscillations in vegetative regulation of cardiovascular system. The article considers intersystem interactions involving the vegetative regulation of cardiovascular system

Keywords: vegetative regulation, respiratory sinus arrhythmia, cardiovascular system, baroreflex, 0.1 Hz-rhythm

Emergency service organization in conditions of commission separation at subject and municipality levels

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №1 Pages: 030-033
Heading: Health Service Organization Article type: Author's opinion
Authors: Kravchuk D.A.
Organization: Vladivostok Emergency Aid Station
Summary:

The analysis of stages of formation of the modern legislation, established kinds of medical aid and sources of their financing depending on levels of the power, structure of a network of organization of public health services concerning protection of constitutional laws of citizens on reception of timely, qualitative, highly technological and accessible medical aid is presented in the article. Aspects of formation of standard-legal base of service of the first aid, including specialized aid are considered in detail. The classification signs defining technologies of rendering of medical aid and the form of its organization are considered

Ecogeochemical characteristics of region with advanced cement industry

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №1 Pages: 026-030
Heading: Health Service Organization Article type: Original article
Authors: Kudin M.V.
Organization: Saratov Ministry for Public Health
Summary:

Problems of biosphere pollution by toxicants and toxic chemical elements are considered to be actual issues. The research goal is to examine ecogeochemical condition in the cement industry. Quantitative chemical content of I -IV danger classes of chemical elements in soil has been determined by means of atomic-emission spectrometry method with specters excitation in inductive high-frequency discharge. The same research has been held in the conditionally clear zone. In advanced cement industry as compared with conditionally clear area toxic chemical element index has been found to be increased. The research results have proved environmental problems in this sphere

Keywords: ecotoxicants, cement

Adaptation of one-year conscripts to military professional activity: investigation and optimization

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №1 Pages: 021-026
Heading: Health Service Organization Article type: Original article
Authors: Korshever N.G., Sitmbetov D.A.
Organization: State Military Hospital № 250, Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The study of organism functional status, social and psychological characteristics and morbidity rate of one-year conscripts (control group) makes possible to state that their adaptation to the conditions of military professional activity is significantly higher than that of two-year conscripts (group of comparison). It also helps design a multicriteria approach of assessment of positive individual adaptation and plan adequate optimization technology

Keywords: conscripts, adaptation

Qualitative control of treatment of daily in-patients

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №1 Pages: 018-021
Heading: Health Service Organization Article type: Short message
Authors: Dmitriev V.A.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The article deals with the analysis of efficiency of hospital replacing technologies usage in medical-preventive institutions of Saratov region. Such factors as morbidity structure, network of medical institutions and regional specificity have been taken into account. Rating of specialities able to give daily in-patient medical aid for adults and children in Saratov region depending on territorial specificity of medical-preventive institution has been defined

Anthropometric characteristics of chest in youths of different somatic types

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №1 Pages: 014-017
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article
Authors: Muzurova L.V., Zlobin O.O.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Objective: to identify patterns of individual and combined anatomic variability of the size characteristics of the chest in conjunction with somatic types of youths 17-19 years. The object of study: boys, students (n=162), Saratov State Medical University n.a. V.I. Razumovsky, are natives of the Saratov region. The results showed that most youths are mesomorphic normotrofnomu, brachymorphic normotrofnomu and mesomorphic somatotype gipotrofnomu. Studied anthropometric parameters of the chest are statistically significant differences in all the selected somatotype

Keywords: somatotype, chest, anthropometries

Interrelation of posterior cranial fossa parameters and size characteristics of human skull in different craniotypes

Year: 2011, volume 7 Issue: №1 Pages: 011-014
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article
Authors: Aleshkina O.Yu., Bukreeva E.G., Anisimov A.N.
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The aim of this work was to study the correlation between the linear dimensions of the posterior cranial fossa and linear and angular parameters of the skull, depending on the magnitude of basilar angle. Material studies provided one hundred skulls of adult humans, divided into three craniotypes. Used by craniotopometric method measurements of these parameters with subsequent calculation of estimated average values and drawing the correlation model. The results showed that the most intimate degree of multidirectional communication studied parameters were observed in platibasilar craniotype have flexibasilar craniotype strong positive dependence is present in the width of the posterior fossa, the mediobasilar craniotipe connection parameters predominantly moderate and mild. Dimensions cerebellar pits exposed to greater variability

Keywords: typical variability, types of human skull bases, posterior cranial fossa
