Summary:

One of the key elements of successful periodontal therapy is an effective maintenance care. Sessions of supportive therapy include examination of the patient, the choice of methods for maintenance treatment and intervals between successive visits, complex of preventive manipulations, which can achieve stabilization of the pathological process and prevent a recurrence of the disease
