Summary:

Based on the experimental data obtained in vivo from digital analysis of color images of human irises, the mean melanin content in human eye irises has been estimated. For registration of color images the digital camera Olympus C-5060 has been used. The images have been obtained from irises of healthy volunteers as well as from irises of patients with open-angle glaucoma. The computer program has been developed for digital analysis of the images. The result has been useful for development of novel methods and optimization of already existing ones for non-invasive glaucoma diagnostics.

Summary:

62 patients with the endoscopically and morphologicallyverified diagnosis of the chronic gastritis, 89 patients with the morphologically verified diagnosis of stomach cancer and 43 healthy persons ages 23 to 54 years have been examined. Potentialities of the usage of high-performance blood serum liquid chromatography have been studied for the purpose of diagnostics and differential diagnostics of chronic gastritis and stomach cancer. Blood serum driedextract was investigated by means of"Milichrome A02"chromatograph (Novosibirsk, "Econova" joint-stock company). The chromatograms were treated by the multivahate cluster analysis with the formation of pathologic three-dimensional characteristic state notably differed from the healthy human image. Diagnostic sensitivity of chronic gastritis and stomach cancer acounts for accordingly 92% and 96%. Diagnostic accuracy of the method comes to 94%.

Summary:

Peculiarities of arterial hypertension in patients with bronchial asthma give rise to the scientific and clinical interest for investigators. The aim of the present study was to elucidate and compare special characteristics of systemic hypertension in patients with bronchial asthma and arterial hypertension by means of daily blood pressure. 93 patients with bronchial asthma were under study (34 men and 59 women of 40,2 ± 8,93 years old): 21 patients without hypertension, 14 patients with primary hypertension and 58 patients with pulmonary hypertension. 77 patients with essential arterial hypertension (30 men and 47 women of 41,7±4,8years old) constituted the control group. Daily blood pressure monitoring was carried out in all patients. Insufficient night decrease of blood pressure (

Summary:

The studies of free radical blood activity in surgical patients of urological and gynecological profile, operated under regional anesthesia (RA) or total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) have demonstrated that biochemical blood parameters, characteristics of stress reaction during anesthesia and early postoperative period, underwent less marked changes and normalized quicker during regional anesthesia. Early postoperative period in regional anesthesia coursed better than in TIVA.

Summary:

The research deals with the results of mother and fetus immune status investigations and indexes of A, M, G classes of immunoglobulins in mothers venous blood during the last phase of delivery. A comparative analysis of these indexes was made in 2 groups in physiologic pregnancy course and in pregnancy complicated by the development of disgammaglobulinemia in the form of Ig G increase and Ig A, Ig M decrease was observed in pregnant women with gestosis of mild severity. At the same time the index increase of all studies classes of immunoglobulins in funic blood was estimated.

Summary:

150 cadets ages 16 to 25years were under the obsrevation of adaptation of intravascular microcirculation component during the course of their military professional study.
The research data proved that active erythrocyte aggregation, the size of thrombocyte aggregates and the speed of thrombocyte aggregation are higher in the first-, second- and third-year cadets than in senior students. These findings are to be used in the assessment ofcadets' adaptation to the military service and the prognosis of their professional capacity.
