Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Patients with III f.c. exertional angina display the signs of chronic DIC. I stage incipient characters are revealed in 42,6% of patients, II stage characters - in 57,4% of patients. Soluble fibrin monomer complexes are initial markers of the chronic DIC. In identical angina pectoris clinical presentation the degree of activity and the DIC syndrome stage can be diverse. The DIC syndrome stage depends on the coronary heart disease duration, angina pectoris and the duration of the accompanied cardiac insufficiency.

CHRONOBIOLOGICAL APPROACH TO ESTIMATION OF CLINICAL COURSE AND TREATMENT OF GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №3 Pages: 52-55
Heading: Internal Diseases Article type: Original article
Authors: E.I. Kashkina, R.V. Lyakisheva
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The article presents analysis of ratio of biorhythm in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and time of clinical symptoms appearance. Itwas determined thatcircadian rhythm, estimated according to Kerdo index, is correlated with appearance of disease symptoms in 24 hours. Taking into consideration its characteristics while managing drug therapy allows to raise therapy’s efficacy.

INFLUENCE OF UNFRACTIONATED HEPARIN AND SULODEXID ON A CONDITION OF HEMOSTASIS SYSTEM IN PATIENTS OPERATED IN OCCASION OF GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT CANCER

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №3 Pages: 46-51
Heading: Anaesthesiology and Reanimatology Article type: Original article
Authors: D.V. Sadchikov, S.A. Dolmatova, T.S. Vartanyan
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The comparative analysis of influence of unfractionated heparin and sulodexidon a condition of hemostasis system in patients with cancer of a gastroenteric path was done. It is shown, that both medications give anticoagulant effect and can be equally used as means ofantithrombotic preventive prophylaxis at oncological patients.

Keywords: cancer of gastrointestinal tract, hemostasis system, heparin, sulodexid

PROPHYLACTIC MANAGEMENT OF FRESH-FROZEN PLASMA

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №3 Pages: 44-46
Heading: Anaesthesiology and Reanimatology Article type: Original article
Authors: I.V. Arkhipov, A.L. Markov, N.V.Ghulina, L.A. Ponomareva
Organization: Local First Aid Station of MMI, Saratov Emergency Station, Saratov City Clinical Hospital №1 named after Yu.Ya. Gordeev
Summary:

Prophylactic management of small doses of fresh-frozen plasma to women in the case when the hemorrhage is less than 20 % of circulating blood volume and the adaptable physiologic changes of hemostasis have been already formed, does not change its coagulative potential. The optimization of an individual program of transfusion therapy should be based on the results of screening and monitoring of hemostasis state.

Keywords: hemorrhage, hemostasis, transfusion therapy

CONTEMPORARY APPROACH TO TREATMENT OF GYNECOLOGIC DISEASES

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №3 Pages: 42-43
Heading: Obstetrics and Gynecology Article type: Short message
Authors: I.A. Salov, V.A. Ziganshina, M.S. Shekhter, A.V. Sladkov, N.A. Chunikhina, Yu.M. Kossovich
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

The analysis of surgical treatment results of 42 patients with hysteromyoma without prolapsed genitals, operated by means of laparoscopic transvaginal supracervical hysterectomy, was conducted. Advantages of this operative treatment in comparison with classical laparotomic and endoscopic operations were noted. Curative effect of embolization of uterine arteries on hysteromyoma was analyzed on example of 30 patients-women. The advantage of roentgenoendovascular hemostasis was proved in 22 patients with neglected forms of cervical carcinoma.

ALTERATION OF RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF BLOOD AT PATIENTS WITH TONSILLITIS

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №3 Pages: 37-41
Heading: Physiology and Pathophysiology Article type: Original article
Authors: O.I. Kulapina, V.F. Kirichuk, I.A. Zaitseva
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Complex research of rheological properties of blood at patients with lacunar tonsillitis lead depending on the period of disease. It is shown, that inflammatory process at patients to a great extent defines disturbances of rheological properties of blood. During normalization of a clinical presentation of disease there is no full recovery of rheological properties of blood due to preservation of blood raised viscosity and low deformability of erythrocytes membranes.

Keywords: rheological properties of blood, tonsillitis

INFLUENCE OF DOXORUBICIN ON ADHESIVE PROPERTIES OF E.COLI

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №3 Pages: 33-36
Heading: Microbiology Article type: Original article
Authors: O.G. Shapoval
Organization: Saratov State Medical University
Summary:

Influence ofantineoplastic drug doxorubicin and amikacin, the aminoglycoside family on adhesive activity of Escherichia coli was studied. Antimicrobialactivity(minimum inhibitory concentration-MIC) ofboth drugs against experimental strains using serial two-fold dilution method was determined. Susceptibility of E.coli to amikacin in the presence of Sand j MIC doxorubicin was studied. After 10 passages in beef-extract broth with constant and increasing doxorubicin concentrations in the presence of Sand j MIC doxorubicin, the adhesive activity of initial and passage variants according to theirability to absorb human erythrocytes 1(0) Rh+ was determined. Itwas observed that experimental strains were susceptible to amikacin (MIC 1,5-6,2 mkg/ml) butwere resistantto doxorubicin (MIC 1000 mkg/ml). Subinhibitory concentrations of this cytostatic (S and j MIC) raised the sensitivity of experimental strains to amikacin and differently effected on adhesive activity of passage variants of E.coli.

VASCULAR AND PARENCHYMATOUS INTERRELATIONS IN LIVER OF WHITE RATS AFTER TOTAL SPLENECTOMY

Year: 2008, volume 4 Issue: №3 Pages: 28-32
Heading: Macro- and Micromorphology Article type: Original article
Authors: N.V.Chernenko, S.I.Kataev
Organization: Ivanovo State Medical Academy
Summary:

The purpose of our study is to determine morphologic changes in microvascular bed of liver in 78 female and male white rats adults on the first, seventh, fourteenth, twenty-eighth days and third, sixth, ninth months after operation. The hepatic microcirculation was analyzed using light and scanning electron microscopy, histological methods, morphometry and statistics. The splenectomy influenses on microvascular bed and hepatocytes in early periods. Itcauses irreversible morphological changes of hepatic tissue in long-term periods after operation.
