The analysis of treatment in early post-injection period was made in 229 patients- recipients of renal transplant in period from 1990 to 2006. Frequency and causes of urinary tract infections was studied in this group of patients. Discuss the new methods of the prevention infection of urinary tract, with may make made better early and far results of kidney transplantation.

Results of treatment of 259 patients, after a transplantation of a nephros were studied. In 132 cases the alternative surgical technics, meeting one-stage a ipsilateral nephrectomy with the subsequent of use of own ureter of the patient for regeneration of urinary pathes was used. The ipsilateral nephrectomy can be used as an element of treatments of patients with absolute indications to translation in a renoprival state.
