THE OPPORTUNITIES OF THE ANTENATAL COMPUTER CARDIOFLOWGRAPHY IN THE ESTIMSTION OF THE COHDITION OF THE FETUS IN THE III TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY

The purpose of research – the analysis of the results CFG in the diagnostics of the condition of the fetus and the estimation of the function мочевыделительной systems according to the prenatal cistometri.
Material and methods. The study of the cardioflowgraphy with the analysis of the values of the integrated parameter of the fetus and the urodinamic parameters of the top and the bottom uric ways at 102 fetus in III trimester of the pregnancy the method which consists in the monitoring process of the filling and evacuation the bladder are studied.
Results. Carried out researches have shown, that the fetus with the expressed infringement (coefficient from 2,1 up to 3) or the critical condition (coefficient from 3,1 up to 4) infringements of function of the bottom uric ways have been revealed in 22 (59,5%) a cases.
The conclusion. The precise interrelation between ПСП, the condition urination function of the fetus and the newborn is observed. Thus most early the symptoms testifying to the pathology from urination system, appear at the children who have transferred heavy intra-uterine gypoxiy. The first clinical displays is the uric syndrome.
