Прогностическая ценность чрескожного коронарного вмешательства при сердечной недостаточности с промежуточной фракцией выброса

Резюме:

В обновленной классификации сердечной недостаточности ESC 2016 г. акцентируются новые проблемы в понимании эпидемиологии и лечения синдрома. В частности, сегодня продолжается поиск прогностически выгодной тактики ведения больных сердечной недостаточностью с сохранной/промежуточной фракцией выброса левого желудочка (СНсФВ/СНпФВ). Еще меньше данных существует относительно долгосрочных исходов после применения метода чрескожного коронарного вмешательства (4KB) у таких пациентов. Есть небольшое количество исследований прогноза после 4KB с позиции исходных значений фракции выброса левого желудочка. Их результаты анализируются в данной статье и позволяют косвенно судить об эффективности этого метода в группе больных СНпФВ.
