Современные средства ухода за кожей детей как основа базовой терапии при атопическом дерматите

Резюме:

Цель: рассмотрение преимуществ специализированных косметических средств как основы простого, понятного алгоритма базового ухода за кожей детей при атопическом дерматите. Ведущим механизмом патогенеза атопического дерматита является нарушение эпидермального барьера, в первую очередь структуры рогового слоя, что проявляется сухостью кожи, дисбалансом в составе липидов рогового слоя и водно-липидной мантии, изменением деятельности протеолитических ферментов. Сухость кожи при атопическом дерматите способствует проникновению аллергенов, раздражающих веществ и патогенных микроорганизмов, что приводит к запуску цикла «зуд — расчесывание», провоцируя обострение и значительно ухудшая качество жизни пациентов. В методических рекомендациях по ведению таких пациентов базовый уход за кожей с использованием эмолентов (увлажняющих и смягчающих средств) занимает очень важное место. Простой и понятный алгоритм ухода, включающий в себя очищение и увлажнение кожи, а также предотвращение зуда, позволяет добиться значительного улучшения состояния кожи и самочувствия детей с атопическим дерматитом.
