Резюме:

Локализованная склеродермия (ЛС) — заболевание, характеризующееся появлением воспалительных, склеротических и/или атрофических изменений в пораженных участках кожи и подлежащих тканях. В МКБ-10 данное заболевание рассматривается в категории L94 «Другие локализованные изменения соединительной ткани». В обзоре рассматривается классификация заболевания, разработанная для федеральных клинических рекомендаций 2015 г. по ведению больных локализованной склеродермией. Кроме того, анализируются различные методы диагностики заболевания, включая лабораторные тесты, инструментальные методы и шкалы тяжести заболевания.
