Современное состояние проблемы лечения язвенных гастродуоденальных кровотечений

Резюме:

Несмотря на успехи медикаментозного лечения язвенной болезни и внедрение эндоскопических технологий, проблема язвенных гастродуоденальных кровотечений сохраняет свою актуальность. Многочисленные публикации в зарубежной литературе посвящены эпидемиологии и профилактике кровотечений, оценке современной тактики и поиску новых методов лечения. Особый интерес представляют работы, касающиеся организации помощи пациентам с язвенными ГДК. По последним данным, далеко не во всех клиниках даже в экономически развитых странах удается соблюдать рекомендации Международного консенсуса 2010 г. по лечению неварикозных кровотечений из верхних отделов ЖКТ. Среди причин несоблюдения международных рекомендаций можно выделить субъективные и объективные факторы, понимание которых может существенно повлиять на оптимизацию помощи пациентам с язвенными ГДК.
