Частота аберраций хромосом в лимфоцитах и риск развития заболеваний

Резюме:

Представлен анализ опубликованных данных по проблеме прогноза риска развития заболеваний по частотам аберраций хромосом в культурах лимфоцитов периферической крови человека. В последнее двадцатилетие появились данные, свидетельствующие о возможности такого прогноза в отношении злокачественных болезней, когда в целом цитогенетические показатели не превышают контрольные значения. Однако имеются существенные неопределенности и сложности, обусловленные межиндивидуальной и внутрииндивидуальной вариабельностью и различением аберраций хромосом, индуцированных внешне средовыми воздействиями и обусловленных внутренними процессами, происходящими в организме.
